Sioux Lookout - Chris
Hoffman registered hat trick and 15 different players
recorded at least one point Wednesday night in the Flyers'
second straight victory, an 11-2 runaway at the Sioux
Lookout Memorial Arena.
This is the a new franchise record for the Sioux Lookout
Flyers for goals scored in a game in their short history.
The Ironhead started the night short five players due to
injury and suspension. Sioux Lookout jumped out to a 3-0
lead in the first period, including two goals by Brett Wur,
and never looked back. Captain Anthony Wolfe (1G,4A) and
Chris Hoffman (3G, 2A) both had a five points night.

The Sioux
Lookout Flyers along with the Sioux Snipers ladies hockey team invite
you to come out on Saturday, January 28th at the Legion
Hall to help us celebrate 100 Years of Home town hockey in Sioux
Lookout. Dig out that old or favorite hockey jersey of years
gone by or perhaps an “original six” jersey is more your style and
put it on! This will be a fun night and will include prizes,
games and a Silent Auction. There will be great silent auction
items including Air flights, a Ryan Parent signed authentic Spengler
cup hockey jersey, Winnipeg jets tickets and much more! Come out
and support home town hockey in Sioux Lookout! 100 years and
counting!!! (age of majority only please)

are your thoughts on setting a Flyer’s franchise record for
goals in one regular season and what do you do off the ice to
stay in shape?
Chris
Hoffman:
I have the right people passing me the puck.
I skate on the pond behind my billet’s house every
night which helps with my conditioning.
The off-ice training has helped on the ice.
